In South America this Smoothie Bowl would be called "Tigela" de Acai - a typical Brazilian breakfast dish. Made with ice, fruit and a syrup paste formed of Acai Berries and Yacon. The paste can be stored for a few months and added to smoothie or pancake mixes for a sweet and fruity antioxidant boost. This is sort of 2 recipes in one but very exciting as you can let out your artistic flair by being creative on top of your smoothie bowl.
