  1. Mix all the dried ingredients, coconut oil and add hot water in a blender. Mix until lumps disappear.
  2. Heat up the milk and add to the blender. Mix until becomes frothy. Add maple syrup. 
  3. If using honey instead of maple syrup, wait until the mixture cools down a little. Adding raw honey to boiling liquid destroys all of the beneficial enzymes.
