A delicious breakfast idea that’s super easy to make ahead for a nutritious start to your day. Gluten free and vegan friendly, this protein packed granola takes moments to rustle up - you can even batch make-ahead for busy weeks. The organic puffed quinoa makes for a tasty granola base whilst the nutty almond butter and raw cacao add extra flavour, without the sugar. Stir in some chia seed protein powder for that “Good morning!” boost.

Method

Print

  1. Simply, mix the quinoa, cacao nibs, protein powder and almond butter together in a bowl. 
  2. Transfer to a storage jar with lid. 
  3. When ready to eat, add a portion to a bowl and serve with plant milk.
  4. Eat and enjoy!
