
Feel the power of the Amazon in this South American inspired Smoothie. It's jam-packed full of superfoods that create a filling, chocolatey, caramel-esque tasting drink. Guarana adds a natural caffeine kick while the oats add some substance. Naturally sweetened by banana, it will set you up for the day taken at breakfast time or power you through a workout!

Ingredients
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 250ml Plant Milk
- 3 Tbsp Water
- Handful of Oats

Method
- Firstly for prep, create your chia pudding like texture. Do this by adding the 1Tbsp chia seeds to 3 Tbsp water in a small bowl, stir and leave to set for a minimum of 20 minutes.
- Once set, add all the ingredients (except for the topping ingredients) to a high powered blender and whizz until fully combined and smooth.
- Add as little or as much guarana as you like but do not exceed our recommended dose.
- Pour mixture into serving glass and top with cacao nibs.
- Drink, enjoy & feel the natural caffeine power!
- (Note: to create a darker brown swirled pattern on top, once mixed all the ingredients together, pour 90% of it into your serving glass - with the little bit left in the blender, add an extra dash of cacao powder and whizz again then using a swirling motion add to your almost ready smoothie!)
