This Banana & Hemp Protein Smoothie Recipe is specially formulated to give you more stamina and power at the gym. It contains everything you need for a successful workout - Banana and Avocado for energy and Hemp Protein for endurance and muscle building. Perfect as your pre or post workout smoothie. 

  • Blender
  • Tablespoon


  1. You could if you chose to add all or half a cup of water first.
  2. Prepare the half Avocado by either peeling it or scooping it out with a tablespoon into the blender.
  3. Add the rest of the frozen fruit and the Organic Hemp Protein Powder.
  4. Blend and add water to thin out smoothie if you prefer
