There is everything you might need to have a successful training session: fresh Banana (also with added Organic Banana Powder), Blueberry, and Avocado for energy and Organic Hemp Protein Powder for enduring powder and muscle development. Method
  1. You could if you chose to add all or half a cup of water first.
  2. Prepare the half Avocado by either peeling it or scooping it out with a tablespoon into the blender.
  3. Add the rest of the frozen fruit and the Organic Hemp Protein Powder.
  4. Blend and add water to thin out smoothie if you prefer
