It contains everything you need for a successful workout - Banana and Avocado for energy and Hemp Protein for endurance and muscle building. Perfect as your pre or post workout smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 x frozen Banana
- 1 x cup frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 x tbsp Banana Powder
- 1 x cup water
Method
- You could if you chose to add all or half a cup of water first.
- Prepare the half Avocado by either peeling it or scooping it out with a tablespoon into the blender.
- Add the rest of the frozen fruit and the Organic Hemp Protein Powder.
- Blend and add water to thin out smoothie if you prefer
