This smoothie is like a volcano of dense nutrition ready to burst forth in fountains of tasty goodness. The fresh components consist of banana and blueberries for energy while the nutty Organic Hemp Protein Powder, Cashew Butter and Almond Milk contribute healthy oils and proteins. On top of this there is a healthy dose of Organic Wheatgrass, Spirulina and Maca to enhance the body with more finely tuned natural nutrition. A great smoothie for cold crisp morning.

Method
  1. Pour your one cup of Almond Milk into the Blender.
  2. Add your frozen Banana and Blueberries.
  3. Then add the Cashew Butter, Organic Wheatgrass, Spirulina and Hemp Protein Powder.
  4. Blend until all has formed into a thick liquid (add water to thin smoothie).

Variations

Although this smoothie is already quite full of goodies but it is always possible to add a bit more. Alternatively you could always substitute one of the powders or fresh fruit for others of your choice. Also the fresh fruit doesn’t have to be frozen if you prefer to use fruit at room temperature.
