
Try these unique, immune boosting, healthy ice lollies. Made with superfood power turmeric, a cleansing spice with a potent taste. Bring a bit of sunshine into your freezer with these delights - naturally sweetened with maple syrup, banana and drizzled with a sweet white chocolate treat.

Ingredients
For the lollies
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger
- 4 Frozen Bananas
- 100g Mango (Fresh or Frozen)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
To decorate
- 30g Vegan White Chocolate
- 3 Tsp Frozen Raspberries
- Sprinkle of Dried Rose Petals
Method
- Firstly, place the almond milk in a small pan and heat up gently.
- Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes - then set aside to cool and for the mixture to infuse.
- Once cooled, place the bananas and mango in a blender along with the almond milk mixture and blend up until smooth.
- Spoon between 4-6 lolly molds and place the lids and sticks on top. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours to set.
- When the lollies are ready... Gently melt the coconut oil and white chocolate in a bain marie, then remove the lollies from the freezer and place on a wire rack.
- Drizzle the chocolate over the lollies, then sprinkle over the freeze-dried raspberries and rose petals.
