Try these unique, immune boosting, healthy ice lollies. Made with superfood power turmeric, a cleansing spice with a potent taste. Bring a bit of sunshine into your freezer with these delights - naturally sweetened with maple syrup, banana and drizzled with a sweet white chocolate treat.

  • 6 Lolly Moulds

Method
  1. Firstly, place the almond milk in a small pan and heat up gently.
  2. Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup and simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes - then set aside to cool and for the mixture to infuse.
  3. Once cooled, place the bananas and mango in a blender along with the almond milk mixture and blend up until smooth.
  4. Spoon between 4-6 lolly molds and place the lids and sticks on top. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours to set.
  5. When the lollies are ready... Gently melt the coconut oil and white chocolate in a bain marie, then remove the lollies from the freezer and place on a wire rack.
  6. Drizzle the chocolate over the lollies, then sprinkle over the freeze-dried raspberries and rose petals.
