  1. Bring the Vegetable Stock to the boil and then add the Red Lentils
  2. Add the Curry Powder and Garam Masala and reduce to a simmer
  3. Cook unitl water is fully absorbed (10-15 minutes)
  4. Serve with steamed greens or your own choice of grain.
