Ingredients
- 2 x cups of Vegetable Stock
- ½ x cup of Red Lentils
- 1 x tsp Curry Powder
- 1 x tsp Garam Masala
- 1 x tsp Turmeric Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Method
- Bring the Vegetable Stock to the boil and then add the Red Lentils
- Add the Curry Powder and Garam Masala and reduce to a simmer
- Cook unitl water is fully absorbed (10-15 minutes)
- Serve with steamed greens or your own choice of grain.
