Super Stamina Cordyceps, Beet & Acai Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie could be considered a fountain of youth from all the lovely life giving ingredients held within. It won’t make you live forever but it’ll try. The combination of Acai and Cordyceps have these youthful properties through there interactions with the body while the Beetroot cools. The addition of Blueberries, the Banana, Almond Milk and Stevia all contribute sweetness and extra nutrition to this blend. Altogether the combination will help in bringing the body into total harmony as well as having an amazing bright purple colour.

  • Blender
  • Teaspoon
  • Tablespoon


  1. First add your half cup of Almond Milk into the blender
  2. Then add in your Banana and Blueberries
  3. Then add in your Cordyceps, Acai and Beetroot Powders (also Stevia if you wish)
  4. Blend (add water to thin out smoothie if you prefer)

If you wish any of the ingredients can be swapped for other powders of fruit. Cordyceps is a mushroom powder and so will have quite a strong taste. Most of this will be covered up with the taste of Beetroot but for some the taste might be noticeable.
