This Beetroot, Acai & Cordyceps Smoothie with a Banana and Blueberry base marries earthy flavours with the sweetness of the fruit beautifully. Cordyceps is renowned for its ability to improve energy, stamina, endurance and longevity. Whilst this smoothie may not make you live forever it will certainly try!

  • Blender
  • Teaspoon
  • Tablespoon
Method

  1. First add your half cup of Almond Milk into the blender
  2. Then add in your Banana and Blueberries
  3. Then add in your Cordyceps, Acai and Beetroot Powders (also Stevia if you wish)
  4. Blend (add water to thin out smoothie if you prefer)
Variations

Whilst the Cordyceps Mushroom Powder has quite a distinctive taste this is mostly covered up by the sweetness of the fruit. If this is not to your palate simply leave it out and still receive the benefits of this powerful smoothie from all of the other superfood ingredients.
