If you don’t have Tahini you could add a sugar free Peanut Butter or any kind of nut butter to this smoothie. Of course any of the ingredients can be swapped if you prefer a different taste or want to add some different nutritional actions from other Superfood powders.

With more vitamin A than carrots, the inclusion of wheatgrass in this smoothie will certainly support healthy eyesight!  With a myriad of antioxidant vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, copper and manganese, gentle detoxification will also occur as one of the many benefits of this super smoothie.  Packed with protein, hemp protein is a highly digestible complete protein which will leave you feeling satisfied and keep those hunger pangs at bay until lunchtime should you decide to consume as a breakfast smoothie - wheatgrass is also a complete protein delivering all 9 of the essential amino acids which are essentially the building blocks of all life!

Finally, a generous helping of white sesame tahini will help to keep you alert and focussed throughout the day due to the high amounts of B Complex vitamins and provides you with a healthy dollop of omega 3 which promotes brain health, cognition and memory!
