For the berry layer
- 1/2 Ripe Banana
- 150ml Almond Milk
- 1 Handful of Raspberries
For the green layer
- 1/2 Ripe Banana
- 150ml Almond Milk
- 1 Handful of Spinach
- 1 Handful of Mint Leaves
Method
- Make the green layer first by blending all ingredients together then pouring into a tall glass until half full.
- Give the blender a quick rinse under the tap and then blend all your ingredients for the berry layer.
- Add this to your glass and garnish with whatever you wish, I used a little desiccated coconut for texture.
