
Bursting with tart yet sweet flavours, this Blackberry & Apple Smoothie tastes just like the pies your grandmother used to make - but is super healthy and packed with superfood goodies. Can be served as either a regular smoothie or in a bowl - this recipe makes one monster breakfast smoothie or can be split between two.

- Teaspoon

- Blender
- Glass or Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 x cup fresh (or frozen) Blackberries
- 1 x tbsp Apple Puree (or 1 small Apple)
- 50g Lambs Lettuce ( also known as corn salad )
Method
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender, blend on high for 20-30 seconds until combined.
- Pour into a bowl and decorate with your favourite fruit and a teaspoon of seeds or nuts.
