If you’re someone who needs a caffeine kick in the morning, why not try getting creative for breakfast and add a spoonful of matcha powder to your overnight oats for slow-releasing energy that will fuel you until lunch and is super easy to grab on-the-go!
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 2/3 Cup (175g) Dairy-Free Yoghurt
- 1 Very Ripe Banana
- 1/4 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Toppings
- 2 Tbsp Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Hazelnuts
Method
- Mash the banana with a fork, then stir in all other ingredients until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Remove from the fridge, place in two glass jars or bowls, and top with remaining blueberries, hazelnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
