If you’re someone who needs a caffeine kick in the morning, why not try getting creative for breakfast and add a spoonful of matcha powder to your overnight oats for slow-releasing energy that will fuel you until lunch and is super easy to grab on-the-go!



  1. Mash the banana with a fork, then stir in all other ingredients until fully combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Remove from the fridge, place in two glass jars or bowls, and top with remaining blueberries, hazelnuts and a drizzle of maple syrup.
