Blueberry & Bee Pollen Smoothie Recipe

Bee Pollen is considered to be one of nature's most complete foods - it is extremely high in brain enhancing B vitamins and many other essential nutrients. Spirulina and Blueberries are powerfully antioxidant, helping to gently detoxify whilst furnishing the body with dense nutrition. Using electrolyte rich Coconut Water as the liquid base, this Blueberry and Bee Pollen Smoothie will give you an overall nutritional boost and makes a great breakfast replacement.

  •  Blender
  •  Teaspoon


  1.  Pour in your Coconut Water into the blender.
  2.  Next add your Banana either whole or sliced.
  3. Then add the Spirulina Powder, Banana Powder and Bee Pollen into the blender mix. (You might like to grind up the Bee Pollen before adding to the blender.)
  4. Blend and enjoy
