
These pure chocolate eggs are super quick and simple to make and have a really yummy melt-in-the-mouth texture with little gems of freeze dried strawberry scattered throughout. Chocolate & berries combination is divine! All the family will love these, this Easter.

- Bain Marie (Saucepan & Glass Bowl)
- Wooden Spoon
- Easter Egg Moulds
- Freezer
Ingredients
- Dash of Vanilla Powder
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Handful of Freeze Dried Strawberry Pieces

- Edible Rose Petals
Method
- Firstly, gently melt the cacao butter in a bain marie until fully liquified.
- Stir through the cacao powder and maple syrup with a wooden spoon so that it is well combined and really smooth.
- Take the chocolate mixture off the heat.
- Add a small pinch of salt and vanilla powder and stir these through the mixture.
- Finally, sprinkle in a handful of freeze dried berries and fold these into the chocolate also.
- Pour the mixture into your Easter egg mould and garnish with some extra freeze dried berries.
- Pop these into the freezer or at least an hour to set before removing them from the moulds.
- Sprinkle over rose petals.
- Hide for a hunt or share & enjoy!
