This smoothie is absolutely packed with ingredients that will keep you healthy and alert. Combining some of the most potent natural ingredients for keeping the body full of power and long lasting energy, this smoothie recipe is not only very good for the body but also the mind as well. Blending the Superfood cotent of Cacao, Maca, Chia Seeds, Hemp Protein, Spinach and Flax Seed (Linseeds) produces fuel for the body that has the power to bring you to the best of your ability through a multitude of different plant phytochemicals. NOTE: The ground seeds continue to absorb water, making the consistency thicker as times goes on. As such, we recommend drinking this smoothie straight after you've made it.

  1. Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and pulse then blend on high until well mixed.
  2. If using a weaker blender, you may need to chop the banana into smaller chunks and give it a blend with some almond milk before adding further ingredients.
  3. If the smoothie seems a bit too thick for your taste, simply add a little more water.
