Ingredients
- 2 Handfuls of Frozen Raspberries
- 2 Large Dates
- 1 Handful of Oats
- 1 Tbsp of Milled Indigo Herbs Brown Flax Seeds
- 150ml of Coconut Cream (depending on thickness)
- 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Nut Milk
Optional toppings
- Raspberries
- Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
Method
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered Blender (or Food Processor).
- Blitz until smooth.
- (If mix is too thick add another Tbsp of Coconut Cream)
- Spoon into serving bowl.
- Scatter with optional toppings; unsweetened desiccated Coconut, Indigo Herbs Cacao Nibs and fresh Raspberries.
