  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered Blender (or Food Processor).
  2. Blitz until smooth.
  3. (If mix is too thick add another Tbsp of Coconut Cream)
  4. Spoon into serving bowl.
  5. Scatter with optional toppings; unsweetened desiccated Coconut, Indigo Herbs Cacao Nibs and fresh Raspberries.
