Put your feet up, lose yourself in a book & enjoy our calming Chamomile herbal tea. A soothing tonic for overall health with tones to help ease anxiety and support the nervous system.  

Note: Recommended dose of loose leaf tea is 1-2 tsp.

Ingredients

Equipment
  • Kettle
  • Teapot with Infuser
  • Teaspoon
  • Serving Teacup/Glass.

Method
  1. Firstly, boil the kettle with at least 300ml of water or enough to fill your teapot size.
  2. Pop the chamomile into the teapot with infuser, pour boiling water over.
  3. Leave to brew and steep for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into serving glass/teacup.
  5. Drink and enjoy!
