Note: Recommended dose of loose leaf tea is 1-2 tsp.

- Teapot with Infuser
- Teaspoon
- Serving Teacup/Glass.
Ingredients
- 300ml Boiling Water
Method
- Firstly, boil the kettle with at least 300ml of water or enough to fill your teapot size.
- Pop the chamomile into the teapot with infuser, pour boiling water over.
- Leave to brew and steep for at least 5 minutes.
- Pour into serving glass/teacup.
- Drink and enjoy!
