Give your morning an alternative boost with this Chai Latte recipe, complimented by Chaga Mushroom which has been symbolized as "King of the Medicinal Mushrooms" and is the next 'big' thing in the health and nutrition world! Chaga is packed with antioxidants, zinc, phytonutrients and a range of vitamins making it a go-to ingredient. The spices combined in this hot drink will create a taste sensation in your mouth.   • Mug
  • Knife
  • Teaspoon
  • Small Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk
  • Saucepan
  • Strainer


  1. NIGHT BEFORE DRINKING: Crush cardamon pods beneath a knife then add all spices to milk and leave in fridge overnight.
  2. DAY OF DRINKING: Over a low heat, infuse the milk and spices for 30 minutes (or until heated to your preferred temperature!)
  3. When the milk tastes sufficently spiced remove from heat and strain out the spices.
  4. Whisk in the Chaga Mushroom Extract Powder.
  5. Stir in optional Orange Agave Syrup as sweetener if desired.
  6. Pour into mug, drink and enjoy!
