Imagine the taste of a chai latte, this is it in the form of a smoothie bowl - a great way to fill you up with superfood goodness. It’s deliciously creamy and loaded with immune-boosting spices, whilst being rich in protein and naturally sweetened with just one banana! It is really easy to make and great as part of a vegan diet. Enjoy for breakfast or as a filling treat.


Ingredients
  • 1 Frozen Over-Ripe Banana (peeled & chopped)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 Inch Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • Frozen Berries
  • Granola
  • Passionfruit

  1. Firstly, blend all of the ingredients except for the toppings in a high powered blender.
  2. Once you have a smooth creamy texture, pour into your serving bowl.
  3. Top with berries, granola and passionfruit.
