Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Over-Ripe Banana (peeled & chopped)
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Inch Fresh Ginger
- 1/4 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
Optional toppings
- Frozen Berries
- Granola
- Passionfruit
Method
- Firstly, blend all of the ingredients except for the toppings in a high powered blender.
- Once you have a smooth creamy texture, pour into your serving bowl.
- Top with berries, granola and passionfruit.
- Eat and enjoy!
