Chamomile is best known for it's soothing properites. This bath tea is fun to make and very relaxing to lie in a bath with. It'll sooth your mind and body - making it great to use just before sleep. Chamomile is also good for nourishing your skin.

Method
- Measure out a good large handful of Chamomile Flowers tea using your hand into a bowl.
- Lay out your cloth or muslin on a flat surface and tip the herbal tea into the middle of the material.
- Wrap around it and tie with some string.
- Start running yourself a bath, add the bath tea while the tub is filling up.
- Sit back, relax and sooth.

Notes
To sooth skin from suspected chicken pox, heat rash or excema, it is good to add a handful of oats to the chamomile flowers. Run a cool bath, squeeze the oat and flower teabag into the water so it turns a milky colour then use the same herbal bag to gently sponge the infected area of skin.
