
These protein pancakes are a delicious, nutritious powerful breakfast to fuel you all morning! Packed with chocolate, and filling nutty goodness.
Equipment
- Blender or Food Processor
- Frying Pan
- Serving Plate
Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Ripe Banana
- 2 Tbsp Rolled Oats
- 2 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 Tsp Date Nectar
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Optional toppings
- Drizzle of Natural Syrup
- Fresh Fruits
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
- Then, heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and pour 2 tbsp of the mixture into pan on a medium heat for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear on top of the pancake.
- At this point, flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute.
- Repeat with the rest of the batter.
- Serve hot with fresh berries, popcorn & syrup. Enjoy!
