These protein pancakes are a delicious, nutrititous powerful breakfast to fuel you all morning! Packed with chocolate, and filling nutty goodness.

Equipment
  • Blender or Food Processor
  • Frying Pan
  • Serving Plate

Method
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Then, heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and pour 2 tbsp of the mixture into pan on a medium heat for about 2 minutes until bubbles appear on top of the pancake. 
  3. At this point, flip it over and cook the other side for 1 minute. 
  4. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  5. Serve hot with fresh berries, popcorn & syrup. Enjoy!

Variations
