Ingredients
- 1/2 an Avocado
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein
- 200ml Cashew Milk
Optional toppings
- Granola
- Strawberries
Method
- DAY BEFORE CREATION: Pop a banana into the freezer overnight.
- DAY OF CREATION: Blend all ingredients together until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Tranfer to serving smoothie bowl.
- If you don't wish to eat immediately, refridgerate for up to 30 minutes or top with granola and fresh fruit and eat straight away.
- Enjoy!
