Chocolate Muesli Protein Balls Recipe

Prefer your breakfast with a superfood kick?! These Chocolate Muesli balls are the answer. Get your nutirtious muesli fix, team it with indulgent chocolate complimented by sugar-alternative lucuma powder for caramel-like tones. Crunchy, tasty with a boost of energy protein!

  1. Firstly, mix the muesli, lucuma and carob powders in a bowl.
  2. Next, in a saucepan on a medium heat - mix together the water, coconut oil, chocolate spread and dates unil it is a creamy and smooth texture.
  3. Add the muesli mixture to the saucepan and stir until well combined for roughly, 3-5 minutes. 
  4. Take off the heat and set aside until the mixture is cool enough to touch.
  5. Then, wet your fingers slightly so the mixture doesn't stick to you and mould into small balls with your hands. 
  6. Place on a small tray so they don't roll around and stick to each other. 
  7. Put into freezer for at least 25 minutes to set. 
  8. Share & enjoy!
