Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Chocolate Spread
Method
- Firstly, mix the muesli, lucuma and carob powders in a bowl.
- Next, in a saucepan on a medium heat - mix together the water, coconut oil, chocolate spread and dates unil it is a creamy and smooth texture.
- Add the muesli mixture to the saucepan and stir until well combined for roughly, 3-5 minutes.
- Take off the heat and set aside until the mixture is cool enough to touch.
- Then, wet your fingers slightly so the mixture doesn't stick to you and mould into small balls with your hands.
- Place on a small tray so they don't roll around and stick to each other.
- Put into freezer for at least 25 minutes to set.
