A rich and decadent sleep elixir using Cacao, Maca, Ashwagandha, use the destressing adaptogenic properties to ease anxieties, encourage relaxation and a give a restful night’s sleep.

- Teaspoon and Tablespoon
Ingredients
- 2 cups of alternative milk of choice – coconut, hemp, oat, almond
Method
- Put the milk into a pan on the stove on a slow heat
- Stir in the coconut oil
- Sieve in the dried ingredients – maca, ashwagandha, cacao and cinnamon
- Bring to a simmer, not to boil
- Pour into cup or mug, then add 2 drops of Reishi Tincture to each serving
- Add honey to sweeten if required
