Method
- Firstly set aside some chia seeds to roll the balls in at the end.
- Place all the other ingredients in a food processor and blend until a sticky texture is formed.
- Scoop the mixture out a teaspoon at a time and roll into balls.
- Then roll each ball through the chia seeds.
Notes
These fantastic treats can be made in a number of ways. You could use a little pure fruit powder or even dried fruit to make intresting variations. One way to make these deliciously different would be to add a little Raw Vanilla Powder.
