  1. Firstly, prepare your cauliflower and banana if needs be.
  2. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender, except for the toppings and coconut yoghurt.
  3. Whizz until a thick, creamy, smooth texture.
  4. Pour into serving glass. 
  5. If you'd like to create a marble effect, spoon in coconut yoghurt.
  6. Top with cacao nibs and edible flowers.
  7. Drink and enjoy!
