Ingredients
- 1 Banana (Chopped)
Method
- Start by placing the walnuts in a food processor and blending them into a fine texture.
- Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well mixed and it comes together as a sort of dough.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll into a rectangle approximately 1.5cm thickness. (Tip: splash a bit of water onto the rolling pin before so that the mixture doesn't stick to the pin).
- Slice into bars with a sharp knife and enjoy!
