Perfect satisfying pick-me-up snack bars - packed with protein and healthy fats essential for brain function, plus some mood boosting cacao and banana. The dates add a sweet, caramel-like flavouring. A quick boost of nutty goodness to keep energy levels up!

Ingredients

  • Food Processor
  • Rolling pin
  • Sharp Knife

Method
  1. Start by placing the walnuts in a food processor and blending them into a fine texture.
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well mixed and it comes together as a sort of dough.
  3. Scoop out the mixture and roll into a rectangle approximately 1.5cm thickness.  (Tip: splash a bit of water onto the rolling pin before so that the mixture doesn't stick to the pin).
  4. Slice into bars with a sharp knife and enjoy!
