This is a healthy and hearty breakfast recipe not only packed with slow-release carbs but also with protein from the chia seeds. Easy to make, flavoursome and sweetened with mango - its a great choice for a dairy-free diet. It will keep you full all morning! The oats can easily be substituted for gluten-free oats for those on a gluten-free diet. 

  • Saucepan
  • Wooden Spoon
  • Serving Bowls


  1. Firstly, cook all the ingredients in a saucepan on a medium heat for 5 mintues. 
  2. Stir occassionally with a wooden spoon.
  3. Transfer to a bowl once all combined.
  4. Top with additional berries and sultanas.
  5. Eat and enjoy!
