Make your morning great with these Banana, Cinnamon & Chia Protein Pancakes. Packed full of tasty familar superfoods, from oats to banana to chia to cinnamon. The secret ingredient? Topped with maple syrup and berries, for a sweet tooth.

  • Small Topping Bowls
  • Frying Pan
  • Spatula

  1. Firstly, blitz all of the pancake ingredients (except the oil) in a blender until it becomes a smooth consistency. Add a splash of water if it is too thick.
  2. Next, prepare your chosen toppings in small bowls and set aside. 
  3. Then, heat a frying pan over a medium heat, brush with oil, then pour out excess oil. 
  4. Using a clean Tbsp, drop 3 heaped spoons of the batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until little bubbles start to form on the surface. 
  5. Next, carefully flip the pancake shape with a spatula and cook for a few more minutes. Or until the pancakes are lightly golden and cooked through. Tranfer to plate.
  6. Layer the pancakes up and drizzle with syrup and yoghurt. Top with berries and chopped walnuts. 
  7. Serve and enjoy!
