Swap your morning tea or coffee with this more nutritious option; Cinnamon and Matcha Latte. This powerful, vibrant green drink is sweet, nourishing and anti-oxidant rich. Cinnamon helps balance our blood sugar levels while drinking Matcha gives you a buzz.

  1. Firstly, add all the ingredients to a saucepan on a low-medium heat. 
  2. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon occcasionally. 
  3. Then, use an electric whisk or transfer to a blender and whizz for about 20 seconds. Until nice & frothy!
  4. Pour into serving mugs, sprinkle with a little extra cinnamon on the top and serve hot!
