Equipment
- Glass Jug or Bowl
- Saucepan
- Spoon
- Jar or Moulds for Finished Balm
Ingredients
- 2 Drops Chamomile Essential Oil
Method
- Pop the Coconut Oil and Cacao Butter into glass jug or bowl, place over a saucepan on a low heat.
- Simmer and stir until mixture is complete liquid.
- Add drops of Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils into mix, stir again.
- Turn heat off and pour the mixture into a jar or moulds.
- Pop in fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Optional: You could add lavender flowers to the mixture to make it prettier and smell even better!
- Once set either smooth onto skin with fingers or use as a bath melt.
