Boost your energy with these healthy snacks, packed full of goodness and really easy to make! The perfect simple snack to enjoy before a workout or at work. You won't feel guilty munching on these green matcha delights!

  1. Firstly, add the dates to the food processor and whizz for a few minutes until they have broken down. 
  2. Then add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor (minus the pistachos or optional coating) and whizz until the mixture is blended together well.
  3. Next, use your hands to mould the mixture into balls.
  4. (Tip: Wet your hands a little before hand so the mixture doesn't just stick to your hands.)
  5. Then optionally, bash the pistachio nuts in the pestle and mortar to make nutty crumbs and roll your energy balls in it to coat each energy ball.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Variations

Instead of using a squeeze of honey you could use our Natural Sweetners Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup.
