
This Banana, Hemp & Almond Frappe will certainly get you going in the morning! Deliciously creamy, sweet and packed with superfood goodness, just add your favourite coffee granules - the nut butter and hemp protein will slow down the release of caffeine - giving you a sustained energy boost all morning.

Ingredients
- Smoothies are best consumed fresh and if they are left to refrigerate then no longer than half a day
- 1 x cup Almond Milk
- 1 x tsp instant coffee granules
Method
- First add your cup of Almond Milk into your blender.
- Secondly break up the banana into the mix.
- Next comes the Hemp Protein Powder, Banana Powder, Coconut Sugar and the Coffee granules.
- Scoop in your Raw Almond Butter.
- Blend. (You can add a little water or more almond milk if the mix is too thick)
