Smoothies are best consumed fresh and if they are left to refrigerate then no longer than half a day.

This was Tamzin’s personal favourite smoothie. The addition of coffee will probably make this a very popular morning drink. The kick of the caffeine and the Coconut Sugar will produce a very traditional kind of boost to the morning. There is also lots of protein from the Hemp Protein Powder which will have you powering through till lunch time. This thick coffee mix also has a lot of Banana added that will help with sustained energy release and a lovely taste.

  • Blender
  • Tablespoon
  • Teaspoon


  1. First add your cup of Almond Milk into your blender.
  2. Secondly break up the banana into the mix.
  3. Next comes the Hemp Protein Powder, Banana Powder, Coconut Sugar and the Coffee granules.
  4. Scoop in your Cashew Butter.
  5. Blend. (You can add a little water or more almond milk if the mix is too thick)

The Cashew Butter can always be substituted for a sugar free Peanut Butter or another type of nut butter if you wish.
