
Give your mid-morning a boost with this super healthy avocado smoothie recipe. Bursting with healthy fats from the avocado and almonds, with a warming kick from the fresh ginger, this delicious smoothie will keep the hunger pangs at bay until lunch time.

Ingredients
- 1 x Small Avocado
- 150ml Coconut Milk
- 1 x tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
Method
- Peel and de-stone the Avocado before slicing with a kitchen knife straight into your blender.
- Take your handful of Almonds and sprinkle on top of the chopped Avocado.
- Next pour in the 150ml of Coconut Milk.
- Taking your tablespoon, then add one scoopful of Wheatgrass Powder and one scoopful of Banana Powder.
- With the grater, prepare your fresh Ginger Root by grating so there is a small heaped pile; just enough to fit on a tablespoon and add into the mix.
- Blend all ingredients together until all have blended into a think delicious liquid. Pour smoothie into your awaiting glass or smoothie shaker and enjoy.
