Ingredients
- 3 Large Frozen Bananas
- 1 Heaped Tbsp Coconut Cream
- Dash of Vanilla Extract
- 100g Raspberries
- 2.5 Tbsp Brown Rice Syrup
Optional toppings
- Sprinkle of Edible Flowers
- Sprinkle of Pistachio Nuts
Method
- Start off by making the berry ripple: blend the raspberries, syrup and acai powder together in a blender until smooth and place this into the fridge to chill.
- For the ice cream, blend the frozen bananas, coconut cream and vanilla in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon both mixtures into a bowl and slowly and carefully stir through the mixtures to make the berry ripple pattern.
- Freeze for a few minutes or serve straight away. Enjoy!
