This smoothie will have you bounding around like the Easter bunny, with super healthy vitamins from the dates and Maca powder, anti-oxidants emanating from the tasty Cacao powder and refreshing carrot, while the coconut and cashew nuts provide a quick energy boost!

- High Powered Blender
- Chopping Knife
Ingredients
- 1 Small Carrot
- 2 Large Dates
- 1 Tbsp of Coconut Cream
- 1 Tsp of Cashew Butter
- 200ml of Coconut Milk
Method
- Chop Carrot
- Put all of the ingredients into a High Powered Blender
- Blitz until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!
