Peanut Butter Protein Cookie Recipe

These buttery, nutty, chocolatey cookies will certainly deliver an energy boost with the inclusion of a hefty dollop of SuperProtein powder! A great snack, pre or post-workout or at any other time of day you feel like you need a pick-me-up.

  • 4 oz Butter - Softened
  • 4 oz Peanut Butter
  • 400g White Sugar
  • 3 Organic Free Range Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2.8 fl oz Water
  • 192g All Purpose Flour
  • 128g SuperProtein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 235g Chocolate Chips (Optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 175C (or 350F)
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter, peanut butter and white sugar until smooth. 
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla and water. 
  4. Combine the flour, SuperProtein powder and baking soda and mix them in the butter and peanut butter mixture.
  5. Put the chocolate chips if you want. 
  6. In baking sheets, use a spoon to drop the cookie dough.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. 
  8. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
