
These buttery, nutty, chocolatey cookies will certainly deliver an energy boost with the inclusion of a hefty dollop of SuperProtein powder! A great snack, pre or post-workout or at any other time of day you feel like you need a pick-me-up.

- 4 oz Butter - Softened
- 4 oz Peanut Butter
- 400g White Sugar
- 3 Organic Free Range Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2.8 fl oz Water
- 192g All Purpose Flour
- 128g SuperProtein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 235g Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 175C (or 350F)
- In a bowl, mix the butter, peanut butter and white sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla and water.
- Combine the flour, SuperProtein powder and baking soda and mix them in the butter and peanut butter mixture.
- Put the chocolate chips if you want.
- In baking sheets, use a spoon to drop the cookie dough.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
