A warming mug of Golden Milk is perfect to sip on if you’re after a soothing and nourishing bedtime treat. Turmeric’s active ingredient, curcumin, has been glorified for its antioxidant properties as well as its ability to fight inflammation in the body! Along with stomach-soothing ginger, detoxifying nutmeg and blood sugar-friendly cinnamon, this vibrant-coloured drink packs a real nutritional punch.

  • Saucepan
  • Stirring Spoon
  • Whisk or Blender
  • Serving Mug


  1. Warm the almond milk in a saucepan but do not boil.
  2. Stir in the spices, coconut oil, vanilla and maple syrup.
  3. Whisk together to create a frothy foam (or transfer it to the blender for a few seconds if you don't have a whisk).
  4. Pour into a mug, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and serve immediately.
