- Handful Frozen Strawberries
- Handful Spinach Leaves
- 1/4 Avocado
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 Cups Coconut Water
- 4 Pitted Dates
Optional toppings
- Handful Chopped Fresh Strawberries
- Handful Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Tbsp Granola
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
Method
- Night before: Pop stawberries and banana into freezer overnight.
- On the day: Place all smoothie bowl ingredients into blender, whizz until it's a smooth combined mixture.
- Pour into serving smoothie bowl using spoon to get all the gubbins.
- Sprinkle optional toppings on top, in a pattern if you wish.
