Cacao & Cashew Energy Eggs Recipe

Scrumptuous, rich and utterly divine, these pure chocolate eggs come in three flavours; Cacao & Vanilla, Cacao & Cinnamon and Cacao & Cherry. Healthy Easter Eggs at last - seriously guilt-free indulgence!


  1. Put all the dates into the food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Add cashew butter, cacao powder and vanilla powder then blitz until blended and smooth.
  3. If you’d like a trio of flavoured Energy Eggs remove from food processer and separate mixture into thirds.
  4. Flavour combinations -
  5. Retain one 1/3 as cacao & vanilla
  6. The second 1/3 add ¼ tsp. of raw cinnamon powder to one and mix together
  7. To the final third 1/3 we added ¼ tsp. of cherry powder
  8.  Take either a tsp. or a tbsp. of mix and using your hands roll until smooth.  Start with a ball shape and then form the egg shape.
  9.  Repeat & try not to eat too much of the mix!
  10.  If you would like just one flavour combination add 2 tsps of cinnamon powder to the whole mix or 2 tsps of cherry powder
