Ingredients
- 1 x whole Banana
- 2 x handfuls of Spinach Leaves
- 1 x handful of Blueberries
- 1 x handful of Raspberries
- 200ml of Unsweetened Soya Milk
Method
- Place all the whole and powered ingredients into your blender
- Followed by the Soya Milk
- Blend.
- Serve
Notes
The Soya Milk can be replaced by any other plant milk available, such as Almond, Oat, Coconut, Hemp etc.
