This smoothie is best drunk straight after it's made, although can be stored for a few hours in the fridge.

Frankie's Purple Protein Juice  is a mega-smoothie that has 10 different ingredients!! It’s a rich monster of protein and energy with a fruity flavour and an edge of mushroom madness. Mushrooms?? Yes, mushrooms! Cordyceps CS-4 Powder is included to this smoothie to give an uplift to the immunity and purification with its myriad of antioxidants. Specially designed to be taken before a major workout to fill the body with energy; this recipe has the zest to push you through to smash your personal best.

  • Table Spoon
  • Blender
  • Glass


  1. Place all the whole and powered ingredients into your blender
  2. Followed by the Soya Milk
  3. Blend.
  4. Serve

The Soya Milk can be replaced by any other plant milk available, such as Almond, Oat, Coconut, Hemp etc.


This smoothie has a very high protein content and from the Hemp Protein Powder and Spirulina Powder. Both these ingredients will give long sustained energy along with the Banana Powder and Beetroot Powder. The Cordyceps will help in keeping the immunity humming and in tip top condition with its polysaccharide content while the fruit and Spincah will add extra vitamins and minerals. Overall this smoothie is a very healthy beast and a very good gym companion.
