
This gluten and dairy free Macaroon recipe is for all who love sweet coconut treats! These taste just lovely sweetened with Agave Syrup and the natural chewy texture of Coconut. Great after a meal or an afternoon tea accompaniment.
Equipment
- Food Processor
- Baking Tray
- Baking Parchment
- Wooden Spoon
Method
- Preheat Oven to 140c (Gas mark 3)
- Using a Food Processor, combine the shredded Coconut, Organic Coconut Flour and Almond Flour
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the food prodessor with the Flour and Shredded Coconut and mix to form a dough
- Scoop out the dough, into the shape size you want, onto a lined baking tray
- Bake for 7-10 minutes until golden-brown
- Cool for 10-20 minutes and then enjoy
