Fresh & Fruity Acai Waffles Recipe

Brighten up your breakfast with these fresh and fruity waffles complete with a superfood twist. The inclusion of our Acai Powder makes them taste so good it's like eating a fruity jam flavoured waffle - but without any guilt!

  • Waffle Iron
  • Blender
  • Food Processor
  • Spoon


  1. Turn on the waffle iron and brush all the plates with coconut oil, we’ve found this the best way to stop any sticking.
  2. Whizz the oats into flour using the blender.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Once the waffle plates are the right temperature, spoon the mix into the centre of the bottom plate - you may need to spread it slightly so that it runs into the corners – what ever you do don’t over fill.
  5. Close the lid and don’t peep at it for at least 4 minutes! We cook them for 6 minutes in total.
  6. Once cooked, remove and cut into 4 waffles and pile with all your favourite toppings.

For a plain waffle, just use the basic recipe!
