
Brighten up your breakfast with these fresh and fruity waffles complete with a superfood twist. The inclusion of our Acai Powder makes them taste so good it's like eating a fruity jam flavoured waffle - but without any guilt!

Ingredients
Basic waffle recipe
- 1 Cup of Oat Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk (or other Nut Milk)
- 1 Organic Free Range Egg
Make it fresh and fruity
For the topping
- Blueberries
- Organic Cashew Nuts
- Honey
Method
- Turn on the waffle iron and brush all the plates with coconut oil, we’ve found this the best way to stop any sticking.
- Whizz the oats into flour using the blender.
- Put all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Once the waffle plates are the right temperature, spoon the mix into the centre of the bottom plate - you may need to spread it slightly so that it runs into the corners – what ever you do don’t over fill.
- Close the lid and don’t peep at it for at least 4 minutes! We cook them for 6 minutes in total.
- Once cooked, remove and cut into 4 waffles and pile with all your favourite toppings.
