This bowl of goodies is easy to make and perfect as an alternative breakfast. The colour of the blended Acai, Bilberry and Banana comes out a thick beautiful purple. With a hint of Vanilla and a bunch of lovely toppings, this a great nutritional feast to get you going.

Equipment
  • Teaspoon
  • Knife
  • Blender
  • Big Bowl

Method
  1. Chop the Banana and add to the bottom of the blender
  2. Then pour in your Almond Milk
  3. Add the Acai and Bilberry Powders, with also the Vanilla Powder on top of the Almond Milk
  4. Blend into a smooth purple mixture 
  5. Transfer into a bowl and top with Blackberries, Strawberries, Goji Berries, Pumpkin Seeds and Shaved Dried Coconut
