
This smoothie has a caramel taste from maca and the milk and satisfying texture as well as the fruity sweet kick from the compote (find the compote recipe here). Combined with cinnamon it has all the elements of a liquid crumble pudding!

Ingredients
- 200ml Hemp Milk
- 1 Banana
- 100ml Water
- 2 Tbsp Fine Oats (GF)
- 1 Heaped Tbsp Compote
Method
- A few hours before creation, soak chia seeds in a cup with some extra water to create a pudding type mixture. This stops the seeds from setting inside the fresh smoothie creating a better texture.
- Add all ingredients to high powered blender and whizz until you get a smooth consistancy.
- Serve and enjoy!
