Go wild for waffles with buckwheat flour, orange zest, soya milk and coconut oil. Adding teaspoons of our Ginkgo and Green Tea Powders support mental focus, memory and a healthy heart making these delights a perfect breakfast meal.

  • Waffle Iron
  • High Powered Blender
  • Spoon
  • Saucepan
  • Jug

Method
  1. Start by heating your Waffle Iron.
  2. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan on a low heat.
  3. Add all the dry ingredients to high powered blender and the zest of an orange, and blitz!
  4. Cut orange in half and squeeze 1 half into jug with the soya milk and stir throughly leave for a few minutes to curdle. 
  5. Add the coconut oil, vanilla extract and soya milk to blender with the blended dry ingredients and blitz until smooth.
  6. Add mixture from blender into jug and stir mixtures together.
  7. Lightly spray your waffle iron with oil spray and add enough of the waffle batter mixture to coat the grill evenly. 
  8. Let mixture cook undisturbed in waffle iron for 3-5 minutes (depending on your waffle iron recommendations) or until crispy to your liking.
  9. Remove from waffle iron once cooked, squeeze other half of orange over the top and add any optional desired toppings such as melted chocolate!
  10. Eat and enjoy!
