Note: Recommended dose of loose leaf tea is 1-2 tsp.

Ingredients
- 300ml Boiling Water
- Slice of Lemon
Method
- Firstly, boil water in the kettle.
- Spoon each tsp of teas into teapot with infuser inside.
- Pour boiling water into teapot.
- Leave to brew and steep for at least 3 minutes, more if you'd prefer a stronger taste.
- Chop a medium slice of lemon with a sharp knife.
- Pour into serving glasses and top with the lemon.
- Drink and enjoy!
