Rejuvinating, lemony, tasty tea blend to support the nervous system. Mouth-watering and delicious! It's a nice, more-ish tea that will uplift and awake you. Ginkgo is a fortifying herb while Lemon Balm brings a lovely citrus flavour. Ideal to drink with breakfast to help you rise with a shine!

Note: Recommended dose of loose leaf tea is 1-2 tsp.

Ingredients

Equipment
  • Kettle
  • Teapot with Infuser
  • Chopping Board & Knife
  • Serving Glasses

Method
  1. Firstly, boil water in the kettle.
  2. Spoon each tsp of teas into teapot with infuser inside.
  3. Pour boiling water into teapot.
  4. Leave to brew and steep for at least 3 minutes, more if you'd prefer a stronger taste.
  5. Chop a medium slice of lemon with a sharp knife.
  6. Pour into serving glasses and top with the lemon.
  7. Drink and enjoy!
