This golden immunity hot chocolate combines antioxidant rich cacao and turmeric with energy boosting maca and immune supporting chaga with creamy plant milk and coconut oil, making it the perfect hot drink for colder weather
Equipment
- Small pot
- Immersion blender for froth (optional)
Ingredients
- 750ml of your favourite plant milk (we used oat milk)
Method
- Heat the coconut oil in a small pan until melted.
- Add a few tablespoons of plant milk together with all the powders, stirring until the powders are smoothly incorporated. Add the remaining plant milk and heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- If you’d like a frothy drink, use an immersion blender to froth it up before serving – but this isn’t necessary.
- Enjoy hot in your favourite mug!
