This smoothie is more like a traditional green smoothie with the added sweetness of Kiwi, Melon and Apple Juice. The Wheatgrass and Spirulina make this one very rich in a multitude of vitamins and minerals which is great for a middle of the week boost to keep you going till the weekend.

  • Teaspoon
  • Sharp knife

Method
  1.  First prepare the Melon and Kiwi Fruit by peeling and slicing.
  2.  Blend all ingredients together and serve.

Variations

The Superfood powders can be substituted for other powders of your choice. The Apple Juice also can be substituted for another fruit juice.
